Elizabeth enjoys working in many mediums, her favorite being
pastels,
which allow her to create and express color harmonies. While her
subject matter is greatly varied, her primary source of inspiration is
nature, with it's varying moods, and swift changes of light and color.
Elizabeth was born into and influenced by a family of artists. At an
early age, she took classes at the Samuel Fliesher Memorial School of Art
in Philadelphia and later at the Philadelphia College of Art.
She received
a BA in Art with Program Distinction from
the Richard Stockton
College, and has taken classes at
the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
She enjoys sharing her love for art as an instructor at HAC.
Elizabeth is one of the Arts Center's founders and continues to play an
integral role in the Center's operations and success.
